Return & Refund Policy

At Niu Glow, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, if you receive a wrong, expired, or damaged product, we are here to assist you with a hassle-free return and replacement process.

What We Will Do Together

Step 1 – Raise a Return/Replacement Request

  • Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you’ve received a wrong or expired product.
  • For damaged or missing products, raise the request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Step 2 – Review of Your Request

  • Our team will review your return request within 2 working days.

Step 3 – Product Pickup

  • After approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the product from your location.

Step 4 – Self-Shipping Option

  • If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner.
  • We will reimburse the courier charges in your Account or Niupay Wallet.

Step 5 – Verification & Refund/Replacement

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will verify it against your claim.
  • A replacement will be processed based on stock availability.
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.

Conditions for Return/Replacement

Eligible Returns/Replacements:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product (physical damage/tampered packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing products)

Returns/Replacements Not Accepted If:

  • The product is opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel an order from the CANCEL button in the My Account section.
  • Provide a reason for cancellation, and we’ll handle the rest.
  • Orders can only be canceled until the status is “Ready to Ship.”
  • Niu Glow reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation.
  • We may verify an order before shipping, including verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Refund Process

How Will I Receive My Refund?

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card) within 5 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers need to provide bank details for the refund.

How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?

  • Cancelled Orders: Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
  • Returned Products: Refunds are initiated after receiving the product at our warehouse and completing a quality check. This process may take up to 2 weeks after pickup.

Can I Return Part of My Order?

Yes! You can return any eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
